How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why we quote in writing after a first conversation. Defined work gets a fixed price; open-ended work is billed at an hourly rate we agree upfront.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of agreeing a scope. We will tell you the real start date before you sign anything.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Project work ends when the project ends. Ongoing work runs month to month with a notice period we agree together.
Who will I actually be working with?
The same small team you speak to at the start. You get one named point of contact for the whole engagement.
Can you guarantee results?
No honest provider can guarantee business outcomes, and we will not pretend to. What we do guarantee is the agreed scope, delivered as written.
What happens to my data and accounts if we stop working together?
